I bought these jeans and I took off the tag but the pants didnt match what I was wearing. So i never wore the pants out and I dont need them. I still have the tags btw, so can i return them?

I have to do an art project, and we pick an artist and one of their pieces and create wearable art of some form out of it. I would like to do a modern artist, and I am not sure of who or what the style of art I am thinking of is called. It's almost bizzare, not abstract, but like, really random and yeah. I already know how to silk screen because I do it in art a lot, but I did Andy Warhol for an English project. So I was going to silk screen a t shirt for my presentation along with talking about him. I asked my art teacher if I could use his supplies, but he said no.

I have a 2 year warrenty on this thing. and it cost $70, so it would ruin that too? jail breaking shouldn't be illegal because then you can try out your own software/apps on it and its good for designers. However, there is many other illegal things that you can do with it too such as free apps, GBA emulators and other stuff.

So if you were to only use the jailbreak for putting 3rd party stuff on there such as mods. Would it be illegal? or just ruin the warrenty?
